Terms & Conditions

Understanding your subscription agreement

Plan Nature

  • Annual billing cycle applies to all plans
  • Includes Subscription Fee, Security Deposit, and AMC
  • 5% annual price hike from Year 2 onwards

Payment Structure

Initial Payment Includes:
  • 1st Year Subscription Fee
  • Security Deposit (2× Fee)
Year 2+: Fee + AMC (with 5% annual hike)

Cancellation

  • No cancellation allowed in first 3 years
  • After 3 years: Notify 3 months before DOSS
  • Service remains active until year end

Deposit Policy

  • Refund available after 3 years only
  • Processed during DOSS month
  • No interest earned on deposit

Renewal Policy

  • Renew 3 months before DOSS
  • Late renewal may suspend service
  • 5% annual hike applies from Year 2

Domain & Hosting

  • Subdomain only (clientname.metora.in)
  • No custom domain included
  • For custom domain, choose OTP Plan

Important Notes

Please read these carefully before proceeding

DOSS Definition

DOSS (Date of Service Start) is the anniversary date of your subscription activation. All renewals and cancellations are calculated from this date.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% uptime and provide regular backups. Technical support is included with all subscription plans.

Price Protection

Your subscription fee is locked for the first year. Only a modest 5% annual increase applies from Year 2 to maintain service quality.

Support Included

All plans include ongoing support, regular updates, and maintenance. Priority support levels vary by plan tier.
